A Ceylon Tea blend with notes of Vanilla, Caramel and a Twist of Mandarin and Red Thistle

Ceylon is a black Pekoe tea whose leaves have been fermented before a two-temperature drying process seals in essential oils, giving this tea its special flavor.

Suggested Brewing:
1 heaping tbs. makes one 10 oz to 16 oz cup of hot tea.
3.5 oz of loose leaf tea makes approximately 42 cups of tea.
