DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes, at this time we do no accept any Groupon walk-in. All reservations require a minimum of 24 hour notice. Availability not guaranteed.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GROUPON?
Visit the class or activity on your Groupon voucher for times and dates available. Click on Groupon Reservation in the above menu to fill out our reservation form. Our staff usually responds within 48 hours, however if you have not heard from us in 72 hours please give us a call at (888) 896 2449. On the day of check in please present either a digital voucher via smart phone or Groupon printout.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXPIRED GROUPONS?
Yes! We honor all Groupons no matter the expiration date!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY GROUPON FOR MERCHANDISE INSTEAD OF ATTENDING A CLASS?
Unfortunately Groupons are not valid for any merchandise exchange. However, we do understand unexpected events happen, if you would like to use your Groupon for a different activity or class please contact us and we may be able to make an exception. We cannot offer refunds on Groupons, all related matters must be addressed to Groupon directly.
