IS IT REQUIRED FOR ME TO REFRIGERATE THE CHOCOLATE?
No. Chocolate likes to live in 68-70 degrees, less than 50% humidity. In the summer possibly refrigerate if you keep your house warm. In the winter - room temp is perfect.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND THE EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our chocolate is best when consumed in 6-8 weeks of receiving it. Please remember that our chocolate is not mass produced, therefore freshness is key, so please consume as soon as possible.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM ONE OF YOUR STORE LOCATIONS?
Yes, you can select the store you would like to pick up your order from during the checkout process. All three of our stores are listed as pick up venues.
WILL YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DROP OFF PICK UP LOCATIONS BESIDE YOUR STORES?

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE SHIPMENTS FOR WARM WEATHER ENVIRONMENTS?
We add cold packs and package the product to survive the warmer environments. Please make sure you track your shipment to ensure it does not sit out in the sun for a long period of time. Premium rates may apply. Anything out of 2-day shipping range will needed to be upgraded to a 2-day express. All HOT zones (NV, FL & AZ) must ship overnight.

ARE YOUR BONBONS NUT FREE?
Although some of our bonbons do not contain nuts, our products are made in a facility where nuts are present. We do have limited products provided by our nut free vendor. Please inquire through our CONTACT US page.
ARE YOUR BONBONS GLUTEN FREE?
Yes, our bonbons are gluten free. Unfortunately we can not ensure our other products are gluten free. We are in the process of providing gluten free products in the near future.
DO YOU CARRY ANY KOSHER PRODUCTS?
Our kitchen is not kosher certified, but we do partner with other companies to provide kosher products.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REQUEST A SPECIAL ORDER?
Our products are freshly made to your order. Please send your special order/bulk request in at least 3 weeks prior to your delivery date. This will ensure we have enough time to make and ship your product. But email or call us even if it's last minute - we may be able to help.
DO YOU PROVIDE WHOLESALE PRICING?
We have a limited number of wholesale vendors we partner with at this time. You are welcome to reach out to us to see if any opportunities are available.
DO YOU HAVE BULK PRICING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
We do offer bulk pricing on our products. You can inquire by sending a request in through our contact us page.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A DONATION FOR OUR EVENT?
As much as we would like to support all the donation requests, we do have a limited budget for the year. You are welcome to send in your request by using our CONTACT US page and including the name of your organization, the event details, the donation item you are requesting and etc. We will respond within 7-10 days with our response. Please note, we do not provide any monetary donations at this time. In addition, please note the charities closest to our heart are sick children, war veterans and abused animals.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes, at this time we do no accept any Groupon walk-in. All reservations require a minimum of 24 hour notice. Availability not guaranteed.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY GROUPON?
Visit our Upcoming Classes page or our Classes page for available dates and times of all our currently offered classes and activities. When you are ready to book a reservation please click the link, Make a Reservation in the above menu to fill out our reservation form. Our staff usually responds within 48 hours, however if you have not heard from us in 72 hours please give us a call at (888) 896 2449. On the day of check in please present either a digital voucher via smart phone or Groupon printout.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXPIRED GROUPONS?
Yes! We honor all Groupons no matter the expiration date!
CAN I EXCHANGE MY GROUPON FOR MERCHANDISE INSTEAD OF ATTENDING A CLASS?
Unfortunately Groupons are not valid for any merchandise exchange. However, we do understand unexpected events happen, if you would like to use your Groupon for a different activity or class please contact us and we may be able to make an exception. We cannot offer refunds on Groupons, all related matters must be addressed to Groupon directly.
